PetsDashPlus provides premium pet food products and delivery services, including:

• One-time purchases of pet food products
• Recurring delivery subscriptions with flexible scheduling
• Standard, Express, and Same-Day delivery options
• Specialized pet nutrition products for various dietary needs

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product offerings, prices, and availability without prior notice.

Order Placement: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Shipping Fees: Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $80 incur a $4.99 shipping fee. Express and same-day delivery options have additional charges.

Subscription Terms: When you sign up for recurring deliveries, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly).

Subscription Discount: Subscription customers receive a 5% discount on all recurring orders.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To avoid charges, cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

Skip or Pause: You can skip individual deliveries or pause your subscription temporarily without canceling.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to select areas. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to verify availability.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
• Express Delivery: Next business day
• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 6 PM in eligible areas

Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Undeliverable orders may be returned and refunded, minus shipping costs.

Delivery Responsibility: Once the package is delivered to the specified address, you assume responsibility for the products. We are not liable for theft, damage, or loss after delivery confirmation.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions: Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Perishable items may not be eligible for return. Contact customer service to initiate a return.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Storage: Follow storage instructions on product packaging to maintain freshness and safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetsDashPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
• Any adverse reactions your pet may have to products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PetsDashPlus and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
